Scope
- Reinforced concrete: foundations, rafts, slabs, beams, columns, walls and stairs.
- Structural steel: frames, rafters, columns, bracing, purlins, secondary steel and connection requirements where included.
- Civil coordination: levels, retaining elements, external slabs and structural interfaces.
Deliverables
- Structural calculations and design criteria where required.
- Foundation, reinforced-concrete and steel drawings.
- Coordinated IFC structural drawings and member schedules.
- Concrete, reinforcement and structural-steel BOQs / quantity schedules.
Design Basis
Loads and design criteria are project-specific. Where applicable, the design basis may reference ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360, Eurocodes and relevant local authority requirements.
