Kharrat Enterprise provides project management services for residential, commercial, industrial and interior projects across Lebanon. Our role is to coordinate the technical, commercial and site-related activities required to move a project efficiently from planning into execution and completion.

Project management can include programme planning, design coordination, procurement follow-up, tendering support, cost monitoring, contractor and subcontractor coordination, technical follow-up, progress control and communication between the client, consultants and site teams.

The objective is to maintain a clear operational picture of the project, identify decisions and constraints early, and keep design, cost, quality and programme aligned throughout delivery.
