Scope
- Electrical design: load schedules, power distribution, single-line diagrams, lighting, emergency lighting, earthing and project-specific low-current systems.
- Mechanical design: HVAC, ventilation, water supply, drainage, plumbing layouts and equipment schedules.
- Coordination of shafts, risers, ceiling zones, plant spaces and structural/architectural interfaces.
Deliverables
- Electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics and schedules.
- Coordinated IFC drawings for construction.
- Electrical and mechanical BOQs in XLSX format.
- Design calculations and tender clarifications where included in scope.
Standards & Files
Project-specific design criteria using applicable standards such as NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE and SMACNA. Deliverables can be issued in DWG/PDF and project-agreed CAD/BIM formats.
